| With much sorrow I learned Bill Beasley passed away Sunday night, February 22, 2009, at 7:45 PM. At this time I don't have additional details to pass along. |
| Bill was the workhorse in building up our 492nd Association. He served numerous years as its president and was active with several other military historical organizations. He and his warm smile will definitely be missed. |
| For now, his wife Norma would appreciate e-mails rather than phone calls. But don't expect a quick response. With the millions of friends she and Bill have, she just doesn't have the time. |

| Update: Graveside services will be held on Friday, Feb 27, 2009 at Fort Logan at 9:15 am. Followed by Memorial Services at 11 am at the Moran & McConaty Funeral Home, 5303 E County Line Rd, Centennial CO. |
